Why Performance?


Performance data, similar to wearables, provides us with more frequent measurements of your actual physiological performance.  This gives us information on whether your training, is optimizing your own personal performance, based on your individual make-up.

Initially, the focus of our performance testing has been on force plate measurements.  Participants perform four different jumps and we measure variables of performance including force, speed, height, strength development, power development, muscle pre-activation, force production, muscle stiffness, body coordination and the impact of fatigue on many of these variables.
